We are adding a General Maintenance Technician to our team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various facilities. You will contribute to the smooth operation and overall preservation of the building, ensuring safety, functionality, and comfort for all users. Work Location: Parque Patricios. This is a fully on-site position under a 6x2 schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Your main responsibilities will include: • Performing general maintenance tasks: electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, light metalwork, and basic civil works repairs. • Repairing and adjusting furniture, locks, accessories, and office/common area items. • Performing basic generator operations and checks (startup, fluid level inspection, simple alarms, etc.). • Coordinating with maintenance service providers. • Tracking maintenance routines via the designated platform. Technical Knowledge: • Technical training in electricity/mechanics. • Proven experience in building maintenance within corporate environments (mandatory). • Basic electricity (replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches, fuses, understanding electrical panels). • Basic plumbing and masonry (leak repairs, faucet replacements, sanitary maintenance). Requirements: • Knowledge of critical equipment (generator, UPS). • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Basic generator operation skills. • Familiarity with manual and power tools.
