




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR processes, establish policies, ensure labor compliance, and foster a positive work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead HR management and project formulation. 2. Foster a trusting environment and motivation programs. 3. Provide support and guidance in conflict resolution. We are looking for a graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field, to fill the role of HR Manager. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate compliance with HR processes. Establish and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with labor management regulations. Build a trusting environment with employees through consistent interaction. Design, plan, and implement motivation and incentive programs targeting company staff to strengthen a positive work environment. Provide support and guidance to company staff in identifying, resolving, and/or preventing conflicts. Submit periodic reports to senior management on HR management outcomes. Direct, control, and manage the formulation of projects, plans, and programs related to HR process effectiveness—such as Recruitment, Sourcing and Selection, and Onboarding—to supply Human Resources in the required quantity and quality. We seek a candidate with tolerance for working under pressure, strong negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship management. Experience in private security companies is a plus.
