Hipolito Bouchard. Buenos Aires, Argentina **Terms \& Conditions:** Full time. No relocation support available **ROLE PURPOSE** Optimize collaborative replenishment processes by aligning inventory availability, sales targets, and operational efficiency. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Leadership and Coordination:** * Lead weekly meetings with key customers and internal stakeholders. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on operational and strategic matters. * Lead logistics efficiency projects. * Data Analysis and Communication: * Monitor critical KPIs such as OSA, Fill Rate (FR), DOH, INSTOCK. * Monitor sales indicators and supply parameters. * Develop action plans in response to identified losses. * Communicate relevant inventory, availability, and point-of-sale trend changes to internal teams and customers. * Identify sell-in opportunities and generate purchase recommendations. **Strategic Management:** * Participate in designing data-driven solutions to improve the supply chain. * Effectively prioritize tasks using internal and external reports. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** * Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Categories, and other departments. * Represent the customer's voice within the organization. **Requirements:** * Advanced student or recent graduate in Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in Customer Service-related areas (desirable). * Intermediate level of English. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint. **Skills:** Analytical thinking, leadership attitude, adaptability to change, self-initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic team.
