Key responsibilities of this role include: * Production of low-complexity technical content, following guidelines defined by the Learning Team and MELI’s Content Factory across various platforms within the Learning ecosystem. * For this content production, the assigned candidate must possess (or be able to develop) foundational skills in instructional, graphic, and multimedia design—always working within predefined creation suites (e.g., Learning HUB or other learning authoring tools) and using templates and guidelines established by Mercado Libre. * Full “lifecycle” management. To accomplish this, the candidate will collaborate with the BU’s Knowledge Management (KM) team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external design partners. * Management of communications for the KM–Training offering. Tasks: * Continuous improvement and general communication tasks, such as enhancing knowledge libraries and updating support and training materials on Learning Hub. * Content production and administration across platforms / managing communications for the KM–Training offering. * Provide analytical, statistical, and reporting support to management using Excel and data visualizations. * End-to-end management of all actions required to ensure asynchronous trainings run efficiently. **What Will Make You Successful:** * University degree in Human Resources, Education Sciences, Social Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience in Learning (instructional design, video creation and editing, etc.) * Experience using LMS and Virtual Classroom platforms. * Experience managing stakeholders and multiple concurrent projects. * Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital learning, and design methodologies such as design thinking is highly valued. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English. **AT ACCENTURE, EQUALITY DRIVES INNOVATION** Did you know Accenture was named the world’s most diverse and inclusive company?
