We are looking for a **Process Engineer** to join our expanding team. National automotive parts company, leader in its market segment, working with the main automotive manufacturers in the country. Northwest area **Responsibilities:** · Design and optimization of production processes. · Implementation of Lean techniques to improve efficiency. · Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators. · Development of continuous improvement projects. **Requirements:** · Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent · More than 5 years of experience in process engineering (ideally in automotive parts) · Knowledge of TPS, APQP and lean manufacturing. · Analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to lead improvement projects. · Candidates currently studying or graduated in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent will be valued. · Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese will be an added advantage - not mandatory The position is full-time on-site from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
