Requirements: Proven experience in kitchens (minimum 1 year in restaurants, bars, rooftops or hotels). Proper knowledge of GMP and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and within high-performance teams. Valid Food Handling Certificate (mandatory). Gastronomic studies will be valued (not mandatory).
