Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) · Location: Cordoba and Buenos Aires only Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST Required Language: English level 9.0–10.0 Job Description · The SDR will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated through campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and ensuring timely contact via phone calls, emails, and text messages. This role does not involve cold calling; instead, it focuses on identifying genuine prospects within a high volume of leads, collecting key information, and advancing qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline. Responsibilities · Respond immediately to inbound leads via phone calls, emails, and text messages. Collect essential information regarding needs, timelines, and alignment with our offerings. Identify and disqualify unqualified leads to optimize the sales team’s efforts. Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups with senior representatives. Maintain consistent outreach efforts—even in cases of delayed or unclear responses. Log all interactions and updates in the CRM. Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve qualification criteria and messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality to optimize campaigns. Manage a high volume of leads with persistence, professionalism, and efficiency. Requirements 2 years of experience in sales development, lead qualification, and/or appointment setting. Advanced English (9.0–10.0) with excellent communication and active listening skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience in the face of rejection. Ability to maintain productivity in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Key Skills Inbound lead qualification.
