Requirements: -More than 4 years of experience in fullstack development for production applications. -Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. -Experience with Java and Spring for backend development. -Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). -Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. -Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. -Knowledge of containerization (Docker and basic concepts of Kubernetes). -Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices. -Fluent Spanish and professional English (spoken and written). Desirable Requirements: -Experience with Azure services: App Service, SQL Database, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). -Knowledge of Redis or other caching solutions. -Familiarity with authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect. -Experience with monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Splunk, or AppDynamics. -Knowledge of financial and procurement processes in corporate environments. -Experience with Angular or Vue.js frameworks. -Knowledge of messaging systems (Service Bus, RabbitMQ). -Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates). -Professional Portuguese (spoken and written). Responsibilities: Application Development and Maintenance (60%): -Develop, maintain, and enhance web application features using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript. -Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, following best development practices and security standards. -Optimize application performance, including database queries, caching strategies, and frontend rendering. -Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces with multilingual support (Spanish, Portuguese, and English). -Integrate applications with enterprise systems and third-party services. Production Support and Incident Management (25%): -Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production applications. -Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents across the full application stack. -Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement definitive solutions to prevent incident recurrence. -Monitor application health using APM tools and proactively address performance degradation. -Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional issues. Technical Modernization and Innovation (15%): -Implement security best practices, including OWASP standards, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation. -Modernize batch processes into event-driven architectures. -Contribute to technical debt reduction and architectural improvements. -Document technical designs, APIs, and operational procedures.
