We are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Non-Productive Procurement department. We seek a responsible, organized, ethical individual with strong problem-solving orientation. You will be responsible for acquiring all goods and services not directly linked to the production process, such as: Spare parts and machine components Maintenance and repair services (air conditioning, compressors, transformers, electrical components, etc.) Logistics services Vehicle repairs Other general services required for daily operations Responsibilities Manage non-productive purchases, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate terms. Properly prioritize urgent versus important tasks. Conduct on-site searches and purchases when necessary (using company vehicle). Maintain order and traceability across all administrative processes within the department. Assume responsibility for each procurement action performed. Requirements Completed secondary education. University or tertiary degree in technical fields preferred: Electronics, Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Electricity, Hydraulics, among others. Proven experience in industrial procurement.
