At Agencia Palmero, a leading company in the collections industry with over 25 years of experience, we are hiring Collections Officers for a new strategic project linked to one of the firm’s most important clients. We seek candidates who are results-oriented, possess strong negotiation skills, and focus on achieving objectives. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in mid-to-late stage delinquency collections. Effective handling of objections and negotiation techniques. Experience working with management metrics and recovery targets. Excellent diction, professional communication, and commercial profile. Main Responsibilities Conduct collections via telephone and digital channels. Analyze each case and design payment alternatives aligned with the customer’s profile. Record and track all collection activities in the system. Achieve defined recovery targets. Terms and Benefits Highly attractive commission structure.
