We are seeking a results-driven, consumer-focused professional with a strategic mindset towards data and insights, who wants to play a key role in transforming how our brands reach and inspire people. **MAIN OBJECTIVES:** * Design and implement the Social First-focused Others Say strategy, creating relevant and culturally connected content that drives conversation, engagement, and brand positioning. * Fully manage media and influencer/creator activations, coordinating agencies, platforms, and budgets to ensure efficient execution aligned with each brand’s communication and marketing goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and execute the comprehensive Others Say strategy aligned with our Social First model, ensuring messages drive digital conversation, engagement, and cultural relevance while meeting brand objectives. * Manage the influencer briefing process, ensuring clear communication of campaign goals, brand guidelines, content expectations, and measurement frameworks. * Work closely with influencer agencies, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. * Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers/creators. * Monitor campaign performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to improve future influencer/creator collaborations. * Supervise Others Say activities led by Influencer Marketing Specialists, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and aligned with the overall strategy. * Provide feedback to agencies together with Influencer Marketing Specialists, review agency team performance and capabilities, and propose improvements and action plans. * Implement media strategy for each brand with a Social First vision, optimizing usage and efficiency across all communication channels. * Manage media activation in alignment with the marketing plan, ensuring effective budget management for each communication campaign. * Strengthen collaborative relationships with key platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and YouTube to enhance campaign visibility and access strategic resources and tools that improve communication performance. * Enhance social media strategy in collaboration with brands, ensuring every initiative aligns with their communication and positioning goals. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid experience in digital marketing and influencer management, including social media campaign development, agency coordination, contract negotiation, and performance analysis to optimize results. * Strong knowledge of digital media and key platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and analytical ability to generate actionable insights. * Experience managing and optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). * Solid understanding of key KPIs across different communication channels and ability to measure and report performance. * Awareness of emerging trends in media and digital marketing. * Ability to identify challenges, propose creative solutions, and execute them proactively and with drive. * Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies (creative, influencer, and media). * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for interaction with regional/global teams, agencies, and international partners. * Genuine enthusiasm for the Beauty world, curiosity about trends, and connecting with consumers through our brands.
