The **Maintenance Planner (Central Shift)** will report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for administering and managing the planned/corrective maintenance system for production equipment (Computerized Maintenance Management System). **Responsibilities:** * Manage the computerized preventive and corrective maintenance system and plan the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Coordinate the availability of labor, spare parts, and equipment required to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Coordinate with necessary suppliers to perform preventive or corrective tasks when external resources are required. * Supervise (together with technical supervisors) the execution of planned shutdowns. * Update maintenance plans according to updating needs, in collaboration with the reliability team, and generate management indicators that provide visibility into planned maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with procedures and standards related to planned maintenance activities. **Why You?** **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Graduated Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Technicians and/or University students preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: \+3 years of prior experience in similar roles within the maintenance sector in fast-moving consumer goods/pharmaceutical/food/cosmetic/automotive or similar industries. * Experience using Infor EAM, SAP, or similar maintenance management systems. * Microsoft Office: Basic level. * English: Basic or Intermediate level. * Availability to work full time on a **100% on-site basis**, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs., at our plant located in the San Fernando area, Buenos Aires, Argentina. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in team supervision/leadership (indirect or direct). * Strong technical and operational knowledge of automated continuous production equipment. * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GEP (Good Engineering Practices), and Machinery Safety Programs. **Job Posting End Date** 2026\-05\-15**Equal Opportunities** ----------------------- Haleon is committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
