At **Kinetic Talent**, we are supporting our client in launching a **major construction project in CABA, Buenos Aires**. We are currently searching for a ***Main Construction Manager***. **Role Mission:** Lead the comprehensive on-site management of the project within a Cell, serving as the ultimate responsible party for coordinating teams, contractors, and resources. The role’s mission is to ensure compliance with construction milestones, acting as the critical liaison that translates the project vision into tangible results and value-driven reporting. **Role Description:** **Overall On-Site Construction Management** ● Supervise daily operations within the assigned Cell. ● Guarantee adherence to schedules and quality standards. Coordinate the construction team. ● Assign tasks and coordinate team leads within their Cell. ● Assign tasks to contractors and subcontractors. ● Coordinate document receipt (in/out). ● Resolve conflicts. **Regulatory Compliance and Safety** ● Ensure adherence to internal methodology and communicate it to the team. ● Supervise occupational health and safety on site per the HYS Manager’s direction. **Resource and Budget Control** ● Manage materials, equipment, and human resources. ● Monitor proper use and handling of materials. ● Responsible for the Cell’s workshop. ● Responsible for requesting required materials and supplies from the Delivery Manager to support progress. ● Liaise between project leadership, on-site teams, and company senior management. **Requirements** **Competencies:** * **Leadership and Team Management:** Ability to motivate, supervise, and coordinate diverse personnel. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in construction processes, materials, and regulations. * **Time Management and Organization:** Ability to meet deadlines and manage and communicate unforeseen events. * **Safety Orientation:** Prioritize prevention of occupational hazards. * **Effective Written and Oral Communication:** Fluent interaction with suppliers, internal teams, PMs, and UMs. * **Problem Solving:** Capacity to make swift and effective decisions. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * Prior Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in the construction sector, including at least 5 years leading large-scale projects (over 10,000 m2). * Technical Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, and budgeting tools (e.g., Presto or Advanced Excel). * Regulations: In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations (SySO). * Valid Monotributo registration. **Desirable Requirements:** * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification * BIM Methodology: Familiarity with Building Information Modeling workflows. * Technical English **Benefits** * Compensation commensurate with the challenge and seniority Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1,111,111.00 – $2,222,222.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
