**About the Role** We're looking for a Strategy \& Operations Manager to join the Delivery LATAM team and help shape the future of the consumer experience in the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, who's excited to work cross\-functionally to unlock growth and improve operations. You'll work with global and regional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations, supporting markets in LATAM, while translating complex data into high\-impact strategies. This is a high\-visibility role with direct influence on our product roadmap and growth efforts across LATAM! **What You'll Do*** Act as a Product Champion across key launches and improvements, serving as a link between regional markets and global product teams * Partner cross\-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to scope, test, and launch new features * Analyze performance trends and uncover growth opportunities through SQL and structured problem solving * Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership * Drive operational excellence and consumer satisfaction by improving internal processes and execution * Support escalations, product feedback loops, and training needs across supported countries **What You'll Need*** Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytical, or related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar * A minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategy, Ops, Consulting, or related roles * SQL experience is a must * Strong problem\-solving skills and experience working with cross\-functional teams * Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across regions and functions * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior audiences * Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications*** SQL proficiency * Experience supporting product or feature adoption in multi\-market environments * Background in managing regional or global projects * Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling initiatives
