A leading waste collection company seeks a Maintenance Manager with holistic vision, proven leadership, and a strong focus on operational excellence and quality management. This role is critical to ensuring optimal fleet availability. Key Responsibilities The role encompasses technical fleet management. Fleet and Workshop Technical Management: Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate workshop teams (shift management, productivity, training). Electromechanical Maintenance: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty fleet (waste collection trucks, support units, etc.), guaranteeing maximum operational availability. Logistics and Procurement: Manage procurement for the department (supplier selection, quality, costs) and ensure validity of insurance policies, VTVs, and warranties for spare parts, engines, and repairs. Productivity: Design and implement productivity spreadsheets with continuous evaluations. Preferred Qualifications: Proven Experience: Solid track record in electromechanical maintenance of heavy-duty fleets. Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in Logistics regulations and IRAM 14001 and 45001 standards. Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and train work teams (command and direction capability). Digital Tools: Full proficiency in PC, management systems, and area-specific software.
