We are looking for a Process Engineer for the manufacturing area within our Home Care business unit. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** This role’s primary purpose is to lead and manage plant-based work teams, ensuring compliance with production plans at the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Hygiene, while optimizing resources to achieve operational efficiency at the lowest cost. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and resolve chronic process losses. * Analyze and resolve chronic quality deviations. * Analyze and develop improvements in process times (BCT). * Participate in developing improvements to reduce NVAA. * Participate in analyzing and implementing projects from the plant master plan. * Prepare and maintain updated AM schedules for the area. * Participate in the rhythms of the work cell. * Define, together with Maintenance, priority interventions to improve area efficiency. * Develop and implement Kaizens. * Apply the UMS methodology across all activities. * Participate in RVS and GVS meetings. * Plan and prioritize actions during scheduled shutdowns. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** * Graduates or soon-to-graduate candidates from engineering programs. * Prior experience in production or operational roles. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers. * English: Advanced.
