**Job Details** ------------------------- At C\&S, we are looking for a "Senior Automation Engineer" with experience in implementing solutions based on functional and technical requirements, to join an important client. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a Continuous Integration environment, ensuring compliance with coding standards and working closely with development teams to guarantee the quality of delivered solutions. Responsibilities Write high-quality code for the solution according to functional and technical requirements. Establish a Continuous Integration environment including configuration management, automated testing, and automated solution builds. Implement defined coding standards and ensure compliance. Translate backlog items into development tasks and logical units of work. Configure, build, and test the solution, correcting defects identified during testing. Validate the solution with stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are met. Ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements before deployment to staging and production environments. Apply secure coding best practices to avoid common vulnerabilities. Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality and performance. Optimize code performance to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills and advanced proficiency in English. Advanced scripting knowledge using PowerShell. Experience administering Microsoft 365\. Development skills in SharePoint, Power Platform, and PowerBI (desirable). Experience with Azure DevOps (as user and/or administrator). Proficiency with Git for version control. Experience using project management tools such as Jira. Knowledge of other programming languages: C\#, Java, Python, among others. Development of SQL clients and web UIs. Familiarity with Microsoft Application Services and/or IIS servers. Experience working with containerized applications. Knowledge of YAML, JSON, XAML/XML. Experience using Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio. Understanding of Markup Languages (ML). Experience working in large-scale environments, preferably with over 200K users.
