The objective of the position is to supervise and coordinate salt harvesting operations in the field, ensuring process continuity, operational optimization, risk control, and efficiency. We are seeking Industrial, Civil, or Mining Engineering professionals (or related fields) with experience in operational supervision, contractor coordination, knowledge of heavy equipment operation and supervision, and a strong background in road safety. We value planning and coordination skills, the ability to lead operational teams, and a results-oriented mindset. This position requires availability to work on a 14x14 shift schedule at Salar del Hombre Muerto.
