**At Nexion Solutions, we are looking for a Network and Automation Engineer to join us 100% on-site at our offices located in Parque Patricios (CABA).** We are seeking a candidate with high autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in large-scale enterprise network environments, and possess knowledge in infrastructure automation using tools such as **Python, Ansible, Rundeck, and Nautobot**. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and security devices such as firewalls and load balancers) within an ITIL framework. * Automate repetitive tasks through scripts and tools to enable self-service solutions. * Actively participate in the evolution of network operations and the adoption of **infrastructure-as-code practices (DevNet)**. * Support the design, operation, and scaling of next-generation data center networks. * Create clear and reusable technical documentation (blueprints) to standardize processes and solutions. * Collaborate with international teams (LATAM, USA, EMEA, APAC), ensuring consistency and local adaptations. * Lead the implementation of automation workflows in production environments. * Provide second- and third-level support for data communication services. * Resolve technical incidents in network services with a focus on availability and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in designing and supporting complex enterprise networks. * Solid knowledge of network automation: **Python, Ansible, Rundeck, Nautobot.** * Understanding of security concepts, firewalls, load balancers, monitoring, and capacity planning. * Experience with ITIL methodologies and PCI\-compliant environments (desirable). * Ability to work in teams within international environments and under global standards. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (listening, speaking, writing, reading). **Work Mode:** * 100% on-site at Parque Patricios offices (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires)**.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $3\.000\.000,00 \- $4\.000\.000,00 per month Application questions: * What experience do you have designing or supporting large-scale enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, load balancers, firewalls, etc.)? * Have you developed scripts or automation tools for networks?
