***EGRAMAR S.A.*** *is seeking a* ***Mechanical or Electronic Engineer*** *to lead the* ***Industrial Maintenance and Projects*** *area, ensuring proper plant operation and continuous improvement of production processes.* Main responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, promoting efficient, results-oriented management. * Manage the maintenance department, including resource control, planning, and project follow-up. * Implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Manage service providers, contractors, and facilities. * Monitor and ensure the operation of industrial installations and equipment: * Medium and low voltage electrical systems. * General industrial mechanics. * Steam/boiler systems (up to 10 kg/cm²). * Thermal fluids and heaters. * Compressed air/Pneumatics. * Participate in automation projects: sensors, actuators, PLC and SCADA (preferably Siemens). * Develop detailed engineering designs and drawings using **AutoCAD**. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate in optimizing processes related to the **food and chemical industries**. Requirements * **University degree** in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or related field (mandatory). * **Age over 45**. * Proven experience in industrial plant maintenance and project management. * Advanced knowledge of industrial electricity (medium and low voltage) and general mechanics. * Experience in operation and maintenance of boilers, thermal fluids, and compressed air systems. * Proficiency with automation tools (PLC, SCADA, preferably Siemens). * Mastery of **AutoCAD** and detailed engineering. * **Knowledge and experience in similar roles within food industries or factories will be valued.** * Leadership skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Must reside in Berazategui, Quilmes, or surrounding areas. * **Flexible working hours required.** This employment opportunity involves joining a continuously growing company within a professional and dynamic environment.
