Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in technical support for corporate users. * Experience managing Active Directory. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and OneDrive. * Solid technical knowledge and microcomputer expertise. * Experience supporting meeting rooms (desirable) * Experience preparing and installing equipment at branch offices. * Strong direct customer interaction skills. * Excellent communication skills, fluency in speaking, clear diction, and broad vocabulary.
