Collaboration with Production and Demand Planning teams **Position Snapshot:** Location: Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina Department: Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-time permanent **A Day in the Life of…** * Develop and update supply plans to ensure appropriate inventory levels and service level attainment. * Coordinate IMS activities across markets, maintaining and managing key documentation (IMS Product Brief, GSI). * Plan shipments, manage logistical constraints, and ensure proper execution of launches and promotions. * Monitor local and regional inventories, anticipate deviations, and propose solutions. * Analyze planning exceptions and simulate alternative scenarios to support decision-making. * Work with Production and Demand Planning teams to improve accuracy, cycle times, and efficiencies. * Ensure compliance with import processes and coordinate requirements with producing markets. * Participate in operational meetings (WOR/DOR/WPR) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **What Will Make You Successful…** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in planning (MPS/MRP/SNP/DRP), inventory, production, demand planning, imports/exports, or logistics. * Knowledge of IMS processes, supply planning, stock management, and inter-market flows. * Ability to analyze scenarios, manage exceptions, and resolve operational constraints. * Effective communication skills across multiple functions (Production, Quality, Logistics, Regulatory, Producing/Receiving Markets). * Proficiency in planning tools and master data management (SAP preferred). * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **Benefits** Substantial discounts on Nestlé products and Purina benefits (veterinary discounts and advice).
