Job Summary: C&S is seeking a Guidewire Technical Leader to manage technical projects, coordinate teams, analyze issues, and participate in solution development, contributing expertise and leadership. Analyzes and resolves technical issues C&S is seeking a Guidewire Technical Leader to join our insurance projects team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities: Manage Guidewire technical projects. Coordinate with internal and external teams. Analyze and resolve technical issues. Participate in solution planning and development. · Requirements: Prior experience with Guidewire. Knowledge of insurance management technologies. Ability to work both remotely and onsite. Leadership and coordination skills. 3–4 years of experience in CC Configuration, with ability to communicate with clients (in Spanish) and serve as an intermediary with the rest of the development team (who speak English, based in India). Will develop user stories (US) and simultaneously support developers on technical solution approaches (using Guidewire’s proprietary language: GOSU), providing technical guidance to Business Analysts (BAs) from a Guidewire perspective when required. · Benefits: We offer a collaborative work environment.
