We want you to be part of this great team! · What are we looking for? A Manual QA Analyst to join an important client in the insurance sector. Work Location: CABA Work Modality: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite at the office Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM · What will be your responsibilities? In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Plan testing activities through analysis of functional requirements and preparation of test plans. Design and identify test cases applying appropriate techniques to ensure adequate coverage. Prepare test data and verify the test environment. Execute necessary tests to verify that the software meets specified requirements. Master and use appropriate testing tools for the testing process, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, among others. Log and track identified defects until resolution is achieved. Analyze test results, prepare quality reports summarizing test outcomes, and provide recommendations for software improvement. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and client expectations. Apply ISO 9001 principles and all relevant procedures for the sector. · What do we require? You must have: Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science or related fields. Experience with Testing methodologies. Experience testing desktop applications and software systems. Certifications English: Intermediate level, both oral and written. Technical Knowledge ISTQB best practices (desirable) Software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Test management and defect tracking tools: (JIRA, Azure DevOps, among others). Ability to analyze software specifications and requirements. Proficiency in Testing methodology. Database knowledge.
