Description: Join C&S Informática as a Senior Functional Analyst. Your role will be pivotal in developing and improving our information systems. You will work both onsite and remotely, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service excellence. Responsibilities: Manage and analyze client requirements. Coordinate with developers for solution implementation. Participate in project planning and progress tracking meetings. Document technical processes and procedures. Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of end-to-end business processes, functional and business requirements. User interviews and validation of gathered requirements. Process analysis, design, and documentation. Functional testing and test documentation. Creation and maintenance of documentation on operational workflows to enable their analysis and improvement. User support. Progress planning and reporting. Risk identification and resolution. ERP knowledge. Post-implementation training and support to end-user departments to ensure proper usage of installed applications. Requirements: University degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a Functional Analyst. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Ability to work in both remote and onsite environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
