




Job Summary: Provide second-level support for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services and develop tools for the IGA lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Second-level support in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for IGA. 2. Investigation and resolution of VA account incidents. 3. Development and enhancement of tools for IGA lifecycle events. **Role Description / Key Responsibilities:** * Provide second-level support (2nd‑level support) via **ServiceNow** and **Azure DevOps** to ensure proper delivery of **Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)** lifecycle services for VA identities, meeting business needs and customer expectations. * Investigate and resolve incidents related to VA account creation, deletion, and updates. * Monitor and investigate associated platforms to ensure continuous performance and effective incident resolution. * Create and maintain environment configurations, ensure data consistency, and document processes. * Develop and enhance tools supporting lifecycle events within the IGA framework. **Other Skills:** * Azure AD * Azure SQL * Azure Cloud Administration – IaaS (basic concepts) * PowerShell / Azure scripting (intermediate level) * Networking concepts and technologies (basic) * Experience working with Agile methodologies and APIs * Intermediate/Advanced English
