You will be the key liaison between the company, employees, and clients, ensuring close and high-quality management. - Work location: CABA - Work modality: Hybrid (visits to Ezeiza/Aeroparque) - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. What are we looking for? - Students or graduates in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields - +2 years of experience in HR roles (soft skills focus) - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Knowledge of IT profiles (desirable) - Availability to visit clients at Ezeiza / Aeroparque - Valued: English or Portuguese Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a reference and point of contact for employees assigned to clients. - Conduct follow-up, emotional support, and retention actions. - Manage inquiries, complaints, and payroll-related updates. - Prepare periodic reports and summaries. - Participate in salary review processes. - Ensure onboarding, performance evaluations, and policy compliance. - Coordinate benefits, travel allowances, system access, and documentation. - Visit clients and support leaders in team management. - Promote initiatives related to workplace climate and integration.
