Job Summary: We are seeking a field technician to provide comprehensive technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, connection installations, and incident resolution for corporate clients. Technical incident diagnosis and resolution A technology company providing solutions to corporate clients is looking to hire a field technician to work in the technical support area, conducting on-site visits to various clients in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires. Responsibilities: • Perform preventive, corrective, and upgrade maintenance tasks on all equipment to ensure its normal and continuous operation. • Manage installation and proper functioning of internet connections, VPNs, and ensure network functionality. • Carry out required preventive and corrective actions to guarantee optimal infrastructure performance. • Address client requests and inquiries regarding internet, networks, connectivity, and software. • Provide comprehensive technical support for general devices (PCs, servers, printers, firewalls, routers). • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in person, via phone, and remotely. • Control and maintain documentation. • Incident resolution. • Ensure proper functioning of backups and antivirus systems.
