Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD. Development of construction details (sections, installations, structural elements, carpentry, graphical takeoffs). Adapting projects to internal regulations of gated communities. Technical coordination with site management, architects, and contractors. Continuous review and updating of drawings according to construction progress. Early identification of technical interferences prior to execution. Support in metric takeoffs and technical documentation for budgeting purposes. On-site technical follow-up when required. ✅ Mandatory Requirements Graduated Industrial Engineer. Proven experience in developing construction drawings for single-family homes. Experience in housing projects within gated communities (mandatory).
