




We are looking for professionals with proven knowledge and experience to join the Operations team at **"Anura" (www.anura.com.ar)**, a telecommunications company providing cloud-based telephony services, with in-house development and presence across Latin America. As part of the team, you will work closely with managers and engineers to take Anura's solutions to the next level. We value autonomy and collaboration, always focusing on achieving goals. **What will be the challenges of the role?:** * Administer, monitor, and maintain: \-Cloud-based VoIP telephony services developed by the company. \-On-premise and cloud data centers. \-Linux servers. \-Docker containers. * Traffic analysis and management. * System metrics monitoring, analysis, and implementation of improvements. * Customer incident analysis and resolution (second-level support). * Process automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) implementation. **Are you the person we're looking for if:** * You are an advanced student or graduate in a Systems-related engineering field. * You have technical English proficiency (mandatory). **What technical skills do we expect you to have?:** * Linux server administration, setup, and troubleshooting (mandatory). * Basic programming in Linux environments: Shell Scripts, Python, or NodeJS (mandatory). * Networking: TCP/IP (desirable). * Service administration: Web/HTTP, DNS. * Monitoring tools: Nagios, Munin, Grafana, Prometheus. * Containerized application management: Docker, Kubernetes. * Version control systems: Git. * Cloud Services Administration: AWS, Google, or Azure. **We'd love to have you if you also have:** * Organization and planning skills. * Ability to adapt and handle urgent situations. * Optimism and proactivity. * Communication and teamwork skills. **What Anura offers:** * OSDE 210 health insurance for the employee. * Reimbursements for Internet expenses. * Laptop and smartphone with 4G Internet for exclusive work use. * Pleasant work environment, stable employment, and opportunities for professional growth. **Employment details:** * Workplace: Microcentro, CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina. * **Work mode: Hybrid (3x2).
