What will you do? As a .NET Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions aligned with functional and non-functional requirements. Contributing to production code development and actively participating in team code reviews. Resolving complex technical issues related to application design, development, and stability. Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce recurring incidents and improve operational stability. Participating in technical evaluations with external vendors, startups, and internal teams when required. Promoting the adoption of new technologies, tools, and engineering best practices within the engineering community. Contributing to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the team and organization. What tools will you use? C# / .NET, WPF, React, Angular, TypeScript, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Hazelcast. Who will you work with? You will join an agile team within the Commercial & Investment Bank area, collaborating with engineers and business architects. When and where will you work? The work arrangement is hybrid: you will work onsite three times per week in Buenos Aires City and remotely two days per week. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. What do they offer?
