**Location:** Parque Patricios – CABA **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days on-site per week) **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Senior PHP Backend Developer with Laravel** to join a growing technical team, participating in the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable solutions. This is a senior-level position requiring strong architectural focus, adherence to best practices, and collaborative teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of PHP backend applications using Laravel. * Design and consumption of RESTful APIs. * Modeling and optimization of relational databases (PostgreSQL). * Implementation and management of message queues (Redis / RabbitMQ). * Participation in architectural decision-making. * Working with Docker and Docker Compose containers. * Using GIT for version control. * Collaborating on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Teamwork with emphasis on clear and effective communication. **Mandatory Requirements:** * +5 years of software development experience. * +3 years developing with PHP and Laravel. * +3 years working with relational databases (PostgreSQL). * Experience with message queues (Redis and/or RabbitMQ). * Experience in software architecture. * Proficiency with GIT. * Experience with Docker and Docker Compose. * Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration (CI/CD). * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. * Excellent communication skills. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or others). * Knowledge of search engines (Elasticsearch, Lucene). * Experience in designing elastic and scalable solution architectures. **Work Mode and Benefits:** * Hybrid mode: 2 days per week on-site at Parque Patricios. * Excellent work environment and constant technical challenges.
