




Job Summary: We are looking for a Semi-Senior Programmer with a solid technical background, an analytical mindset, and enthusiasm for optimizing repetitive processes through automation and RPA—combining traditional development with workflow orchestration. We seek a candidate with a strong technical profile, an analytical mindset, and eagerness to dive into the world of process automation. This role combines traditional development with workflow orchestration—ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and optimizing repetitive processes. What will you do daily? Automate the company’s internal processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain logging and auditing systems—gathering requirements, analyzing issues, and proposing solutions to anticipate errors and generate reports. Develop custom system integrations when standard connectors are insufficient. Ensure stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production workflows. Keep technical documentation up to date to ensure knowledge continuity. Requirements: Requirements Students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Systems Technology, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in software development and/or process automation. Solid theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET, n8n (mandatory), and Power Automate. Experience designing and implementing complex workflows, using sub-workflows and advanced error handling (Error Trigger). Proficiency in JavaScript for data manipulation and transformation within workflows. Experience with databases: schema design, query optimization, and use of stored procedures and transactions.
