We are a leading linens and home goods company dedicated to creating high\-quality, stylish, and functional products for the home. We’re looking for a talented **CAD / Print Designer** to join our team and help bring our designs from concept to production. **Responsibilities:** * Create and update CAD drawings for home textile products (bedding, bath, kitchen, and décor items) * Develop repeat patterns, layouts, and technical specs for textile production * Prepare print\-ready files for packaging, labels, inserts, and care instructions * Ensure all designs meet manufacturing, fabric, and print specifications * Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and production teams * Revise designs based on feedback, sampling, and production requirements * Maintain organized design files and product documentation **Requirements:** * Proficiency in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Experience with textile design, repeats, colorways, and pattern scaling * Understanding of print production, fabric printing, and color management * Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects * Experience in linens, home textiles, or home goods preferred **What We Offer:** * Competitive compensation * Full\-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM * On\-site work with one day per week of flexible remote work * 10 working days of vacation \+ 5 sick days * Collaborative and creative work environment * Opportunity to work on seasonal collections and private\-label programs * Professional growth and development opportunities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1,200,000\.00 \- $1,800,000\.00 per month Experience: * CAD design: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Belgrano, Buenos Aires
