As an AI Engineer, you will: Integrate and adapt pre-trained AI models into internal workflows and systems. Implement RAG techniques to enrich responses, personalize outcomes using internal data, and improve the quality of generative model-based solutions. Configure, monitor, and optimize cloud-based AI services, ensuring security, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify AI application opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and support adoption of new capabilities. Participate in designing, developing, and validating ETL/ELT processes, ensuring correct ingestion, transformation, and availability of data for AI models and processes. Verify data integrity, completeness, uniqueness, and accuracy, ensuring quality and consistency across the entire lifecycle of AI solutions. Document integrations, processes, and learnings, establishing reusable standards and contributing to organizational knowledge growth. Identify opportunities to improve query performance, optimize data loads, and enhance data pipeline efficiency. What is the challenge of this position? You will be responsible for integrating, adapting, and operating AI solutions using pre-trained cloud-based models (Azure, AWS, GCP), prioritizing techniques such as RAG and leveraging APIs and managed services. The role aims to maximize AI’s value within business processes while ensuring solution robustness, scalability, and regulatory compliance. When and where will you work? This position operates primarily remotely, with an estimated onsite presence of 8 days per month at the offices located in Puerto Madero, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Availability to travel to Rosario 1–2 times per month—primarily during the initial phase—is required. Travel expenses and transportation will be covered by the company.
