Customer Facing is the visible face of Supply Chain to the customer, responsible for ensuring proper supply and optimizing stock levels to maximize sales, working collaboratively with customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Customer Facing is the visible face of SCJ’s Supply Chain to the customer. It is responsible for ensuring proper customer supply at Distribution Centers (DCs) and stores, aiming to maintain optimal stock levels to maximize sales. To achieve this, it must work collaboratively with customers to efficiently integrate our supply chain with theirs, managing the end-to-end order process to ensure the best Customer Fill Rate (CFR) at the lowest possible cost.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop tracking scorecards for key customer supply metrics (e.g., In-Stock, Days on Hand [DOH], Sell-Out, CFR CV, Forecast Accuracy, Purchase Behavior, Delivery Frequency, Clustering, etc.). Analyze opportunities and develop improvement plans.
* Analyze sales trends and optimal stock levels across different SKUs and stores to manage the customer’s supply system, focusing on achieving appropriate in-store stock levels to maximize sales.
* Adjust the customer’s replenishment system parameters to ensure correct stock levels at the DC and stores—primarily through sales forecast management, safety stock minimums, display minimums, shelf stocking loads, lead time (LT) reviews, etc.
* Build collaborative relationships with customer supply teams via periodic follow-up meetings to review scorecards, execute supply plans, track initiatives, etc.
* Coordinate T2T (Team-to-Team) meetings with the customer, focused on logistics and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), sharing results, aligning expectations, and building consensus between leadership teams of both companies.
* Jointly visit customer distribution centers with the logistics team to identify and address operational opportunities that may arise during daily operations—such as on-time delivery, receiving delays, or delivery quality—in order to strengthen the customer relationship.
* Co-develop and implement joint projects with the customer aimed at improving logistics processes specific to each customer’s operations, thereby generating cost efficiencies and savings.
* Collaborate with commercial areas (Sales / Customer Marketing) to develop supply strategies for commercial activities, priorities, new product launches, pre-campaigns, seasons, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum of \+ 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Commercial functions.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite.
* English language proficiency.
