For our client, Milicic, a leading Construction Company, we are looking for a Budget Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for determining with the highest possible accuracy the execution cost of different types of construction projects so that management can set the sales price. **Main responsibilities:** * Interpret information provided by clients to define the quotation scope. * Evaluate project characteristics, accessibility, geographic location, climate, and other factors affecting constructability to estimate construction costs. * Determine material, equipment, and labor costs based on project location and applicable labor agreements to estimate overall project costs. * Develop construction processes to determine equipment, material, and labor productivity rates. * Identify financial costs and potential risk impacts on projects to anticipate additional execution costs and include them in the total cost estimation. * Prepare, organize, and control documentation required for bidding processes to meet client requirements. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with knowledge in economic/financial management and project planning. * Intermediate/Advanced English level (not mandatory). * Computer skills in Office Suite, Autocad/Civil 3D, Presto, Project. * Availability for occasional travel to project sites. * Strong analytical skills, teamwork ability, and customer orientation. **Workplace:** Puerto Madero – CABA, Buenos Aires **Work mode:** Hybrid
