Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to assist in dish preparation, maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, and collaborate with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of dishes across different sections. 2. Collaborate with the kitchen team on general tasks. 3. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Assist in the preparation of dishes across different sections according to rotation (pasta, salads, plating). Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Preparation of supplies and raw materials. Collaborate with the kitchen team on general tasks. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Support the head chef with daily operational requirements. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience. Valid food handling certificate and health booklet (or ability to obtain them upon hiring). Availability to work morning shift (8:00–17:00) or night shift (17:00–02:00). We Offer: Direct employment under applicable collective agreement. Health insurance corresponding to the collective agreement. Work location: Palermo. Morning shift: 08:00–17:00 hrs. – Night shift: 17:00–02:00 hrs. (fixed shift). Schedule: Monday to Monday, with one weekly day off between Monday and Thursday. Start date: Immediate.
