To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Digital Business or a related field. Master’s degree in Business, Economics or MBA will be a plus. * No less than 6 years of post\-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders. * Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying. * Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship). * Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market. * Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision\-making. * Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges. * Agility and resilience in fast\-changing environments. * Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions. * Experience based skillset: * Strategic and commercial mindset with hands\-on business experience, strong P\&L ownership, and the ability to build robust business cases that drive growth in business transformation context. * Strong cross\-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence, align, and coordinate across teams to deliver results in complex environments. * Data\-driven decision maker able to turn data into actionable insights, combine effective planning with execution, and translate opportunities into impact. * Solid end\-to\-end marketing and consumer understanding, with experience across multicategories, brand and pricing management, trade marketing, retail, and consumer experience, alongside a passion for developing people. **Program Details** * **Start Date:** October 2026 * **Duration:** 36 months * **Location:** Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires **What we offer** We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
