




**Position:** Service Advisor Position within CCT **Schedule:** 8 to 6 PM \- One hour break for lunch, team members take turns; there are two lunch shifts. **Responsibilities:** Customer service Vehicle reception Opening work orders Inspection upon vehicle arrival Daily follow-up on work progress Contacting customers regarding additional work that may arise during the vehicle's stay at the workshop Settlement of work orders (this means billing for work performed on the vehicle) Active vehicle delivery, explaining to the customer what was done. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education One year of experience, preferably with Japanese brands (not mandatory) Proficiency in management systems **Benefits:** Sport club 50% off full price
