Opportunities for growth and development We are looking for an Architect to join our Technical Office, with experience in construction documentation, quantity surveying, budgeting, and technical support for the company's projects. We seek an organized candidate with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Preparation of technical and functional drawings in AutoCAD. Performing quantity take-offs and budget preparation. Analysis of technical project documentation. Collaboration in project planning and site supervision. Preparation of technical files and client presentations. Interaction with suppliers and support in procurement management. Interdisciplinary communication with other departments within the company. Requirements: Graduated Architect, advanced Architecture student, or Master Builder. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical offices, construction sites, or similar roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel). Knowledge of quantity surveying, budgeting, and construction documentation. Preferred: experience in thermomechanical projects. Software modeling/rendering skills (Revit, SketchUp, Lumion) will be valued. Teamwork capability, proactivity, and effective communication. Willingness to conduct site visits. On-site work (Quilmes, Buenos Aires). On-site work, Location: Quilmes, Buenos Aires Province. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
