Position: Technical Architect – Construction Documentation Work Mode: On-site Location: CABA, Olleros subway station, Line D Working Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday About the Studio We are a development firm that designs, develops, and constructs medium-scale buildings in CABA, with a strong presence in the Villa Urquiza neighborhood. The architecture department focuses on integrated project development and executive documentation, emphasizing clarity of drawings, technical coordination, and anticipation of errors prior to construction. We seek a technically proficient, autonomous, and methodical profile who can bring order and constructive judgment to the design process. Candidate Profile Architect with expert-level AutoCAD skills—especially in XREF workflows—and intermediate-to-advanced Revit proficiency, capable of organizing complex documentation, working independently, and improving the overall drawing quality of the studio. Main Responsibilities Development of executive documentation in AutoCAD (mandatory). Advanced management of XREFs, layers, blocks, and drafting standards. Constructive-modeling of projects in Revit (intermediate/advanced level). Generation of drawings from Revit and compatibility with CAD. Organization of files, folders, and models. Preparation and control of documentation checklists. Creation and maintenance of drawing lists. Identification and anticipation of design interferences and errors. Requirements Graduated Architect or advanced student. Expert-level AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). Mastery of XREF and collaborative workflows. Intermediate-to-advanced Revit proficiency. Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Technical–constructive judgment. Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in executive documentation and construction. Ability to organize and optimize the studio’s file systems. Knowledge of BIM standards. Proactive attitude toward identifying and correcting design inconsistencies. Strong graphic judgment and clarity in technical communication.
