The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and tracking the status of projects, files, and initiatives promoted by the Secretariat; ensuring timely delivery, proper interdepartmental coordination, and preparation of reports to support decision-making. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor the status of projects, programs, and files. Prepare periodic reports on progress, deadline compliance, and current status of each initiative. Systematize information and keep project databases and dashboards up to date. Coordinate with various technical, legal, and administrative departments to gather information on project progress. Identify deviations, delays, or risks in project execution and escalate alerts to the relevant authorities. Support the planning, organization, and prioritization of strategic projects. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for management meetings. Participate in management follow-up meetings and record commitments, progress, and pending items. Analyze regulations, resolutions, decrees, or files related to tracked projects. Propose improvements to project control, tracking, and management processes. Requirements: Graduates in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Administration, Project Management, or related fields. One year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Trello. Experience preparing reports and tracking dashboards. Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00–17:00. Employment modality: Monotributo (single-taxpayer regime).
