This challenge entails: Designing, building, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s business processes in collaboration with area heads, ensuring their correct end-to-end interconnection and prioritization according to business strategy. Facilitating and promoting adoption of process-driven management culture and methodology across the organization, driving a design-oriented mindset focused on value generation, efficiency, and continuous improvement—avoiding bureaucratic or purely documentation-based approaches. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in business processes. University graduate in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems. Proficiency in BPM tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Multi-project management, negotiation, conflict resolution, assertive communication, active listening, and strong verbal communication skills. Intellectual curiosity.
