The primary objective of this position is to ensure operational continuity through the organization of service schedules. Main Responsibilities: Manage daily logistics for various services, ensuring full coverage. Plan shifts and guard schedules. Monitor and track personnel on duty. Assign schedules in cases of replacements or vacations. Support HR in recruitment by screening candidates and scheduling interviews when mass vacancy coverage is required. Requirements: - Advanced proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel. - Analytical ability - Ability to resolve operational issues immediately - Experience in the security sector and full-time availability are preferred. - Knowledge of management systems - Ability to efficiently organize security resources We offer: Permanent position.
