We seek professionals with a strong technical data background who possess the flexibility, empathy, and communication skills required to interact effectively with business areas, interpret their strategic needs, and translate them into technical requirements. What will your challenges be? * Serve as the communication and collaborative work bridge among Product, Business, and the Data Engineering, Data Science, and DataViz teams. * Conduct business requirement elicitation, analysis, and specification—transforming them into clear user stories and functional specifications for the technical team. * Translate strategic objectives into actionable data requirements, KPIs, and functional designs for Data Products. * Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and align priorities, evangelizing the value of data. * Workflow Management: Plan and drive project agendas, actively participating in backlog prioritization. What do we expect from you? * \+5 years of operational experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar roles—demonstrating autonomy and seniority in day-to-day work. * Advanced SQL knowledge (writing queries, joins, database validation and exploration). * Experience with Power BI (basic modeling, dashboard creation, intermediate DAX). * Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional). * Soft Skills: We seek a proactive, extroverted, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong planning ability. * Strategic vision and the ability to simplify and communicate the value of data—even at the executive level. * Continuous initiative to propose improvements in data processes and support the area’s technological evolution.
