Execute the transactional requisition\-to\-order process efficiently to secure on\-time delivery of products and services within defined budget, timing, and specification boundaries. Key Responsibilities Execute the requisition\-to\-order process in line with procurement policies and procedures. Follow up with requestors as needed (e.g., specifications, confirmation of demand). Convert requisitions to purchase orders (POs), using frame contracts when available. Perform spot buys within authorized thresholds; route over\-limit items to the Strategic Purchaser/Purchaser. Monitor PO status, supplier confirmations, and deliveries. Identify potential late deliveries; mitigate related risks and escalate when necessary. Resolve issues related to invoice verification, returns, and shipment dates in collaboration with suppliers and internal customers. Provide high\-quality service to internal stakeholders via system, email, or phone inquiries. Maintain professional relationships with suppliers. Adhere to procurement SLAs and demonstrate commitment to meeting KPI targets. Identify needed updates to procedures and guidelines; recommend improvements to the team lead.
