Responsibilities. \- Carry out timely collection management of invoices according to agreed due dates \- Follow up, allocate payments, analyze discrepancies and reconcile accounts. \- Perform control, follow-up and adjustment of FC/NC/ND/RTO \- Enter payments into the system \- Create new customer accounts. \- Handle and follow up on customer complaints \- Maintain fluid, courteous and efficient communication with our customers.
