We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Register and monitor vouchers, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Maintain up-to-date tax files for suppliers.
Review and reconcile supplier account statements, ensuring they remain accurately updated.
Monitor signatures, procedures, and documentation required for voucher authorization and registration.
Manage payment accounting, withholding controls, and document rejection handling.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files for audits and reference documentation.
Prepare management reports supporting decision-making.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a university or tertiary degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields.
3 years of experience in accounting departments or performing similar tasks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
Work Mode and Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 hours.
