Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure continuity of the production flow through management of materials, tools, documentation, and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage materials, tools, and documentation to ensure production. 2. Provide technical support and participate in the launch of new products. 3. Collaborate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis. Consultores de Empresas is currently searching for a Production Supervisor to join a leading industrial company. The position aims to ensure continuity of the production flow through proper management of materials, tools, documentation, and on-site technical support. Main Responsibilities: Identify and manage shortages of parts and materials on the production line. Ensure availability of up-to-date process and product documentation at workstations. Coordinate provision and verification of tools and devices required for production. Provide technical support to supervisors and operators when process deviations or issues arise. Participate in the launch of new products and production modifications. Document recurring problems and propose technical solutions. Ensure proper recording and tracking of critical deviations. Participate in Kaizen activities and root cause analysis. Act as a liaison among Engineering, Production, and Quality departments in change management. Collaborate in preparation for internal and external audits. What do we need from you? Technical or engineering education (mechanical, industrial or related fields). Experience in productive industrial environments. Knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic proficiency in data handling and information systems.
